I'm not big on nature-like pictures. I tend to prefer my subjects to be of the warm-blooded type. But occasionally I will be inspired by something that I see and take a picture of it.
I think I need to push myself to do this more. Because while there were a lot of duds in my picture folders from me trying to get nature shots, there are a few that I like.
So there is hope after all.

(edit: I've recently realized that this picture was taken by my 10 year old, Matthew, last year. This isn't the first time I've been impressed with his photography.)
